We had a great time playing the Bayfront Blues Fest! We got to kick off the day on Saturday and we intended to get the ball rolling with a high energy and fun. We played an acoustic blues set featuring three original songs (Pretty Sugar Mama, Satan’s Complaint and Boogie Woogie Woman), two songs from the new album, Cover Me (When The Levee Breaks and Rollin’ & Tumblin’) and by request of our good friend, Jim Pinckney, Bob Dylan’s Crash On The Levee. It was a great time and we were blown away by the standing ovation! It was fun to meet so many new people.
Later that night we played to a full house at Player’s Sports Bar in Duluth. It was great to get to know Mack and Kimmy and all the folks who came out to see us.
Looking forward to getting back up to Duluth soon!
